RETURN CLAIM POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your VonZipper on-line purchase you may return the goods free of charge within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Product must be returned unused in it’s original packaging.
- You will be credited for the purchase less original freight cost.
- Customers returning product not in the original condition may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25% of the total amount of the original purchase price.
RETURN CLAIM PROCEDURE
To return a purchase please follow the steps below
- Click on the “ONLINE RETURN CLAIM FORM” button below.
- Sign in to your account, click on the “VIEW MY ORDERS” button and select the order you would like to return.
- Complete the online form and print one copy to include in the box with our VonZipper product in it’s original packaging

Pack product in suitable packaging to ensure it is not damage in shipping.
Ship the package using a traceable source (i.e. UPS, Federal Express, Purolator).
VonZipper is not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping. - We will contact you when we have received your goods to let you know the status of the return claim.
